I found the process of converting and uploading video to be very easy. Whether or not I'll actually use video in my photostory is another story. I did take some video a month ago just in case. Since I'll already have narration, the movement of the transitions, and music, I wonder if video will just be too much for the viewer. It does seem like a hassle as well. I may just add a bit at the end, as part of the credits. Here is a video clip I might use in my final project.

That is nice piece of clear video that would look great if you choose to put it in your digital story. I have added video to the end of digital stories in the past as the credits are rolling up and it works pretty well. As you say, it is less hassle :)
Nice video, I am assuming a tripod was involved as it was very steady and clear.
